IRS Approval Notice of Federal Income Tax Exempt Status

GLDA Receives 501(c)(3) Exempt Status!

On June 17, 2019 the Gull Lake Dam Association received approval from the IRS for federal income tax exempt status under IRC Section 501(c)(3). The approval date of exemption is retroactive to December 28, 2018.

The GLDA greatly appreciates the support of Congressman Fred Upton and his office staff, Mitzi Fitzpatrick and Chad Dillon in obtaining this approval.
