What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

Based on the consent granted (provided that no other circumstance when processing Personal Information without consent legally applies), we collect information that you have provided to contact you or to identify you personally, such as your name, company name, email address, postal address, phone number, or any other information that identifies you (“Personal Information”). We also collect aggregate information (such as how users access the website). If you choose to use the Contact form on the website, you will be asked for general information, including name and email address. Newsletter sign up

If you choose to use the Newsletter form on the website, you will be asked for information including, name, email, and address. The Gull Lake Dam Association will use this information to send mailings.
